Gain all of the tools to practice and teach yoga with confidence.
Our foundational program will broaden your understanding of asanas, Yoga and Buddhist philosophy, and most importantly, equip you to start teaching yoga professionally.
The training is taught in English and consists of four modules. It combines in-person weekends in Berlin with an online training platform, including video materials and live online calls with the lead teachers.
In addition, the training includes regular weekly masterclasses throughout the training, which take place in person in Berlin or online, supporting ongoing embodied practice and continuity.
We designed this training to fit into your busy life while maintaining a high standard of education and personal support.
The next training cycle begins in May 2026 in Berlin.
