Founded in 2010 by Tatjana Mesar, Dynamic Mindfulness has become a global hub for practitioners from diverse backgrounds. With graduates from 40 countries, our training programs have made a transformative impact within Berlin’s vibrant yoga community and around the world.

Meet the Founder:

Tatjana Mesar, 500 E-RYT, is a renowned yoga and meditation educator and the visionary behind Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga School. Since 2010, she has been at the forefront of the Berlin yoga scene, pioneering evidence-based movement practices, self-agency, consent, and yoga as movement meditation. Tatjana’s unique approach to yoga is deeply rooted in over two decades of Buddhist studies and practice, complemented by her expertise in shiatsu and the Axis Syllabus body of knowledge.

To date, more than 140 teachers from 43 different countries have completed Dynamic Mindfulness training under her guidance, and are now sharing their knowledge and teaching yoga in Berlin and around the world.
