Aga is following a holistic approach to overall health and well-being. She combines yoga, meditation and coaching elements aiming to create a sustainable positive impact on our bodies and souls.

Through her mindful and continuous practice during the past years, she was able to improve her coping abilities with stress, negativity, difficult emotions and strengthen focus by implementing healthy habits. Once she discovered the benefits of mindfulness practice, she started her education, realigned her self-employment and soon began to teach and coach. Her philosophy is based on Buddhist principles combined with effective tools taken from life coaching and stress management.

Apart from yoga, you can find her participating at seminars for personal growth and motivational speaking or organizing her own workshops. Spending winters in Southeast Asia as a Digital Nomad. Traveler and adventurer at heart. Positive mindset. Happiness. Growth. Always a teacher, always a student.
