Introduction to meditation
Six days course, session are 15-20 minutes long
Mindfulness is a conscious, gentle and non-judgmental presence in the moment. One of the best ways to experience it is through the practice of meditation. Mindful meditation nourishes and strengthens our awareness so daily life events become less chaotic and more meaningful.
In this course you will learn step by step different aspects of mindfulness meditation: the body, breath, mind, emotions, surroundings. Each session begins with a short introduction, followed by guided meditation . A gentle yoga practice might be included in some sessions.
By the end of the course you’ll have clarity on your meditation practice and how meditation can transform your daily life.
This course is suitable for everyone. No previous meditation experience is needed.
