In her yoga teaching, she offers exploration and creativity combined with high sensitivity to embodied life stories. You can expect to leave her classes feeling calmer and being cared for, connected to yourself and the world around. She believes that change happens through safe relationships and development of new pathways. Hence, she encourages her students to trust the process and commit to regularity in practice. She would love to chat with you after the class sipping some good tea.
