Hania Hakiel, Dynamic Mindfulness yoga teacher and a certified Transcultural Psychotherapist

Hania facilitates natural healing processes with the respect to the person’s very uniqueness, working on the crossroads of cultures and religions her lisfe path.

Since 2015, in the frames of Berlin based NGO Give Something Back to Berlin, she has been running Open Art Shelter, a project offering safe space for creative expression through arts as well as professional therapy and counselling to people with refugee and migrant background.

As a Dynamic Mindfulness yoga teacher she incorporates movement and mindfulness into her work with women from Somalia, Syria and Afghanistan.

In her yoga teaching, she offers exploration and creativity combined with high sensitivity to embodied life stories. You can expect to leave her classes feeling calmer and being cared for, connected to yourself and the world around. She believes that change happens through safe relationships and development of new pathways. Hence, she encourages her students to trust the process and commit to regularity in practice. She would love to chat with you after the class sipping some good tea.
