Hannah Grosser, Dynamic Mindfulness yoga teacher
Hannah started practising yoga when she was only 4 years old. Since then many things have changed, but she has always found her way back to the practice. What she loves about her work with yoga is, that it has the potential to change the quality of our lives, creating moment-to-moment experiences that leave us feeling present in a world where it’s easy to get caught up in challenges and distractions. Looking also outside the yoga world to incorporate other forms of movement, she hopes to offer a more inclusive and welcoming space in which everybody feels supported and encouraged to deepen their practice at their pace.
When not practicing yoga you can find Hannah exploring plant-shops, enjoying sunsets at Tempelhofer Feld, dancing through Berlin’s nightlife, facing the sun, having fun on the water attempting to catch a wave, and probably drinking too many cups of coffee a day.
