Leonard Haase, a licensed fitness trainer and a whole foods chef
Growing up in Berlin with a deep connection to nature, having the curiosity for food and foreign cuisine, Leonard became a whole food chef. Always searching for a further development, he continued integrating his knowledge about food with movement, mindfulness and health training. Currently, he is in the clinical psychoneuroimmunology training.
His practice is a combination of strength and mobility training, while always keeping biomechanics and playfulness in mind.
