Martina Trabucco, Dynamic Mindfulness yoga teacher and curator

As a yoga teacher, artist and a curator active in the organization of cultural events, Martina is passionate about movement in all shapes and forms. She started practicing Parinama Yoga 10 years ago in her hometown, Bologna, but the true love of yoga started when she moved to Berlin and met inspiring yoga teachers at the Yellow Yoga and at the Zen Yoga by Dynamic Mindfulness where she has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and is now completing her advanced 500-hour education.

Martina teaches the Dynamic Mindfulness method, that involves evidence-based movement informed by biomechanical principles of how our bodies move and how our nervous system processes movements. This approach to yoga practice can be applied to any tradition and is based on awareness of the breath, the balance of effort and ease, and a non-judging approach. She offers both dynamic and gentle flow classes for every level.

She believes yoga is a tool to become the best version of yourself. Her wish is to facilitate this journey for her students by offering variations to meet everyone where they truly are.

When not on the mat, Martina likes to bike around the city with my fuchsia bike, skates in Tempelhofer Feld in the summer, shops at the Turkish market on Maybachufer, or dances to electronic music influenced by traditional sounds from around the world.
