Mindfulness Meditation in Berlin

 Science is now finding evidence for what meditators have been claiming for ages: regular meditation helps relieve stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, and reduces chronic pain. Mindfulness practice is proven to lead to more ease of body and mind, greater focus and creativity, an improved sense of wellbeing in relationships and much more!

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a conscious, gentle and non-judgmental presence in the moment. One of the best ways to experience it is through the practice of meditation. Mindful meditation nourishes and strengthens our awareness so daily life events become less chaotic and more meaningful.

Learn to meditate

In this one day course we explore step by step different aspects of mindfulness meditation: the body, breath, mind, emotions, surroundings. Each session begins with a short introduction, followed by guided meditation and ending with a sharing circle and Q&A. A gentle yoga practice might be included in some sessions.

By the end of the course you’ll have clarity on your meditation practice and how meditation can transform your daily life.

This course is suitable for everyone. No previous meditation experience is needed.

“I enjoyed the classes that I attended, the handouts are super useful because I need materials to review and I loved the SoundCloud option of being able to re-listen to your teachings again a second time (although the quality does need to be there for this to be most effective).
