Katya Abramkina (she/her) is a certified Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga Teacher and Full Spectrum Doula based in Berlin. With over a decade of experience in yoga, she brings together mindful movement, movement science, and compassionate care in her teaching.
Her approach is inclusive and accessible, offering students space to explore self-care and embodied awareness in a way that respects individual needs and personal journeys.

Rijk Kruijer is a certified Dynamic Mindfulness Yoga Teacher, café owner, and trained electronic musician living and working between Berlin and the Uckermark. His work weaves together embodiment, presence, and community, with an emphasis on curiosity and deep listening—both in stillness and in movement.
During the summer months, he co-runs Alles Absicht, a seasonal café in Stolpe that serves as a small center for art, connection, and community life. Originally trained as an electronic musician, sound remains a quiet thread running through his work today.
