General

• No refunds available for online courses and virtual studio. Please purchase mindfully.
• Schedule of yoga classes is subject to change.
• Classes do not meet on national and state holidays.
• All courses, memberships, workshops and trainings are non-transferable.

Yoga Teacher Training

200-hour Teacher Training

• Registration deposit of 500 EUR is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The 500 EUR non-refundable deposit is applied to the total tuition balance.
• Early Bird tuition applies when the €500 registration deposit is paid by the early bird deadline stated on the relevant training page. The remaining balance is due 30 days after that deadline.
• For regular tuition, the remaining balance is due in full two weeks before the training begins, unless a payment plan is arranged.
• Payment plans may be arranged only for trainees paying the regular tuition rate.
• Cancellations more than four weeks before the training start date receive 80% tuition refund.
• Cancellations between two and four weeks before training start receive a 50% tuition refund.
• In the two weeks prior to the start of training or after training begins, no refunds are available.
• If the training is abandoned voluntarily, no refund can be made and the contract persists.
• In order for Graduation Certificate of Excellence to be issued, attendance must be 100%.  Missing sessions can be made up through “make-up” sessions. Note: this requires additional costs and scheduling. A maximum of 18 training hours can be missed.
• In the case of pregnancy or a serious injury, the missing units can be made up in the next yoga teacher training. Application for this extension needs to be filed minimum 14 days before the missed sessions occur. If the training is sold out or canceled, a trainee needs to wait for a future training with space available to complete the make up(s).
  
• Dynamic Mindfulness reserves the right to cancel any session or program at any time with a full refund.
