This isn’t an online course where you’ll get some videos and you’ll have to figure out the rest alone.

With two decades of studies and practice of  Zen Buddhist meditation, Tatjana will help you navigate the process so you get clear on how to establish personal meditation practice.

Step by step, you will explore different aspects of mindfulness meditation:

Day 1: How does meditation actually work

Day 2: How to take a proper meditation posture

Day 3: What is the proper way to breathe in meditation + Live call with Tatjana

Day 4: How to deal with your thoughts in meditation

Day 5: How to approach emotions that come up during meditation

Day 6: Learn how to meditate outside  + Live call with Tatjana

What you get when you join the course:

  •  A six day course that you can watch in your own time.  Each day you will get one 30-40min video session that starts with an in-depth introduction followed by guided meditation.
  • Two 45-min live Zoom session with Tatjana so you can ask questions and get feedback on your progress.  Can’t make it in person on Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00 CET ? No worries, you can submit your questions in advance and watch the recording, available for 48 hours.
  • A gentle movement meditation practice included in some sessions.
  • Recorded guided meditations
  • Comprehensive course manual is included to support your practice and learning.
