We start with soft tissue self-massage and/or meditation, followed with a variety of flowing movement sequences linked to breath and combined with longer held standing postures. Class ends with deep relaxation and/or guided meditation.
Regular practice supports healthy spine and joints, develops a balance of strength and flexibility in the body, and cultivates the ability to sustain the attention.
Suitable for students of any age and experience, who wish to practice softly and relax deeply.

for yoga teachers, trainees and experienced practitioners
This master class will provide you with better understanding of Dynamic Mindfulness principles, vocabulary and teaching method and give you ideas and tools to further develop your personal practice and possible teaching.
Expect creative sequencing and a more energetic pace to introduce deeper moving meditation; creative use of your own body weight and props to build strength and practice active mobility, and discussions on a variety of topics, from applied anatomy and biomechanics to meditation and daily life.
