Join us for a unique experience as we delve into the practice of Buddhist chanting and studies at our closed group sessions led by Tatjana Mesar, lead teacher in Dynamic Mindfulness.
Last year, Tatjana had the incredible opportunity to study chanting at the Dharma Drum Mountain in Taiwan and is excited to share this practice with you in her studio in Kreuzberg.
Sessions will begin with meditation in movement, followed by chanting leading into silent meditation. We will also explore the teachings of the 6 Perfections: generosity, morality, patience, energy, meditation and wisdom, and how they can be applied in our daily lives.
This program will run from July 6th to August 10th, six Saturdays from 10:00 – 12:00.
