I approach each student individually, designing personalized practice consisting of daily movement and mindfulness meditation techniques. Sessions can range from yoga basics to in-depth details of yoga, individualized alignment, breathing and meditation techniques.
Private yoga sessions are ideal for those who want to deepen their practice through individually tailored aproach and who, for any reason, cannot attend group classes.
What do you need to know before we start?
Private yoga lessons take place online on Zoom.
Sessions are 60 minutes long.
There is a 24-hour cancellation window prior to the appointment time.
Sessions can be taught in English, German and Croatian.
Small group/semi-private sessions available for extra 10 € per person.
