We approach each student individually, designing personalised practice consisting of daily movement and mindfulness meditation techniques. Sessions can range from yoga basics to in-depth details about Dynamic Mindfulness principles of alignment and sequencing, restorative yoga, breathing and meditation techniques.
Private yoga sessions are ideal for those who want to deepen their practice through individually tailored approach and who, for any reason, cannot attend group classes.
Things to know before we start:
Sessions are 60 minutes long.
Private yoga session takes place at Tatjana Mesar’s home studio in Zagreb and/or Berlin or online.
There is a 24-hour cancellation window prior to the appointment time.
Sessions can be taught in English, German and Croatian.
