We will explore the specifics of a yoga suitable for people who are pregnant or have just had a baby.
Which asanas and pranayama techniques best support body and mind during a time when a person is breathing for two, or after having given birth?
How do we keep them safe in a general yoga class?
What are the most common side effects of pregnancy and the postnatal period, and how can we address them through yoga?

About Lorna Neuber
Lorna Neuber has been practising yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2005.
She is passionate about adapting yoga to her students, blending her love of vinyasa and tantra with her knowledge of anatomy and ayurveda. She enjoys studying with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Judith Hanson Lasater, and Angela Farmer.
