12 days in-person training module
A profound immersion into advanced yoga studies and practice with lead teacher Tatjana Mesar and guest teachers
This training module is a part of our Dynamic Mindfulness Advanced Teacher Training that can be taken separately, as well.
14th – 25th July, 2025 in Berlin – Kreuzberg
Excellent teaching unfolds through dedicated and consistent practice. Innovation, experimentation, reflection, and introspection will enhance your understanding of Dynamic Mindfulness method.
Prerequisite for applying is a completion of any Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour training. Upon graduation you will be able to apply for RYT 500. If you have completed your training outside of our school, you are also required to take a self-paced Bridge Program – learn more.
This advanced yoga studies will provide you with enriched understanding of the body and its functions, more confidence with alignment instruction and sequencing, critical understanding of the contemporary yoga world in all its different facets, and deeper insights on theoretical aspects of Buddhist Chan meditation.
Daily schedule, Monday – Friday
08:30 – 9:30 Eight Movements of Chan + Sitting Meditation
9:30 – 10:00 Breakfast Break
10:00 – 12:00 Training sessions with Tatjana
12:00 – 14:00 Lunch Break
14:00 – 16:30 Theoretical session
Mornings until after breakfast are in silence.
Saturday and Sunday are free for personal practice and research

Movement Lab with Tatjana Mesar, lead teacher in Dynamic Mindfulness school
Biomechanics competence and key patterns of movement through Dynamic Mindfulness core sequences: EARTH, WATER, FIRE and AIR.
