Restorative Yoga Training with Tatjana Mesar
‘Waves & Stillness’ Restorative Yoga Training
with Tatjana Mesar, yoga educator, shiatsu practitioner and a founder of Dynamic Mindfulness
February 1st – 2nd 2020, from 10:00 till 17:00
at Zen Yoga by Dynamic Mindfulness
Hectic contemporary lifestyle and meditative, peaceful stillness are often at the opposite range of experience. Drawing from biomechanics, bodywork and meditation, Tatjana has created a unique restorative yoga flow practice that supports arriving into stillness on all levels of our being: physical, mental, and emotional.
In this training, you will learn to:
- apply new types of props in your teaching
- facilitate bouncing, releasing movements and guide a gentle restorative flow
- hold stillness through guided imagery and simple presence
- use non-invasive hands-on assistance.
We will look into ways to hold space to look gently and with a kind curiosity into what’s going on inside. This gives everything alive in us the space to go through their natural processes. It might be grief. Maybe laziness. Whatever it is, however we are, however our body feels and is, we meet it all with acceptance.
Tuition: 300 Euros
This is a professional training designed for yoga teachers, teacher trainees, holistic therapists, psychotherapists or keen movement practitioners.
It is a part of the Dynamic Mindfulness Advanced training open to the public.
However, if you are not yet ‘professional’ in those fields, but still interested in participating, there is a chance that you will be accepted on this training. Some previous experiences in movement work or bodywork will be helpful but keen interest is essential. If you are such an individual, please enquire.
