Tatjana Mesar is a yoga and meditation educator, musician, and the creator of Dynamic Mindfulness, a contemporary yoga school bridging Buddhist wisdom and modern movement science. With over 140 teachers trained across 40 countries, her approach blends more then two decades of Chan Buddhist practice, shiatsu therapy, and the Axis Syllabus, enriched by Berlin’s vibrant somatic scene, feminism, and everyday inspiration.
Once a classical flutist, Tatjana perceives the body as an instrument. Her teaching is grounded, intuitive, and deeply mindful, inviting inquiry beyond the mat.
Dynamic Mindfulness was born from a vision for training that centers meditation, critical thinking, and inclusivity. Frustrated by yoga’s commercialization and narrow beauty standards, Tatjana has designed a program that prioritizes self-agency, evidence-based movement, and imperfection as part of the journey.
