She will share her insights on how to voice yourself in the crowded market, how to get social smart, and how to get things done.

9:00 – 10:30 Valuing Yourself as a Teacher
Create a healthy relationship with money. If you want to be a full-time or even part-time yoga teacher or bodyworker and have, you need to be comfortable charging for your services. How to make your relationship with money functional, instead of dysfunctional?

We are going to work on:

Becoming aware of the stigma attached to money and reflecting on possible resistance to money. Are there self-worth issues presenting as money resistance?
Becoming open to the fact that you deserve money. Valuing yourself and your skills.
How to set the prices?

About Tatjana Mesar

Tatjana moved from New York to Berlin in 2009 and started to teach zen yoga and meditation in her apartment in Kreuzberg. Today she runs a lively community of international yoga practitioners and teachers trained in Dynamic Mindfulness method.
